At Omniarch, we always strive to create a recruitment process that is both transparent and engaging. With this text, we hope you, as a candidate, will get the information you need regarding our recruitment process and that any questions you may have are actually answered.

Applying with Us is Easy!

It is simple to apply for a position with us. We only need your CV or LinkedIn profile. We do not require a cover letter or other documents, as we do not consider them important in the selection process, which could affect potential bias.

When you apply, you will be asked to fill in selection questions, which are designed to help us make a selection based on requirements and meritable aspects according to our established requirement profile.

Communication

When you apply, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. After that, there will be silence until the application period ends.

If we conduct continuous selection during the application period, we will state this in our ad. In that case, you will receive an email shortly after applying, regardless of whether you proceed in the recruitment process or not.

If you move forward in our recruitment process, you will receive information at each step and what it entails. Unfortunately, those who do not get the job with us will receive an email explaining our decision and the basis for our selection. We have found that this reduces questions from candidates, which is, of course, positive.

Unbiased Recruitment

We do everything in our power to ensure the recruitment process is unbiased. We have a two-step selection process where the first step is based on the answers to the selection questions and the experiences listed on the CV.

The second selection is through recruitment tests. These tests consist of two parts: a capacity test and a personality test. The recruitment tests help us assess your potential and see if you match the qualities necessary to succeed in the role we are hiring for. It helps us find candidates who will thrive and be successful in the position.

The Interview

Our interviews are conducted digitally and typically involve two interviews as standard. The first interview includes competency-based questions, and the second interview focuses on e-commerce knowledge.

During the interview, you will have the opportunity to highlight your previous experiences and show us what you can contribute to Omniarch! We hope that those who come for an interview will be a perfect match for us, but also that we will be a perfect match for you!

Case Studies

Sometimes, we ask candidates to complete a case study to get a better picture of their specific skills. If this is the case, you will be informed well in advance. This usually happens after the interviews.

References

We always take two digital references, which you as the candidate provide. Reference checks are a quality assurance step and an opportunity for us to get a broader picture of you as a candidate. We prefer that one of your two references is a former manager.

We never take informal references. If you, as a candidate, want to talk to an employee about what it is like to work at Omniarch, you are of course welcome to do so! As mentioned, it should feel 👍 for both parties!
