Omniarch introduces the Profit Assessment

Acting as Product Owner for both web and app applications within the e-commerce component, Omniarch provided crucial expertise throughout the migration to the Brink Commerce platform, collaborating with the broader teams responsible for this digital transformation.
NELLY’s move to a composable architecture enables the company to break free from the limitations of monolithic systems. This new modular approach also creates opportunities for integrating specialized tools, allowing NELLY to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs.

At the center of this transition was Jenny Unell Chammas, who served as Product Owner for NELLY’s e-commerce platform on behalf of Omniarch. Drawing on her experience, Jenny provided key insights into e-commerce strategies and led the alignment of each phase with NELLY’s business objectives. From procurement through to implementation, she drove the process forward, ensuring the platform delivered while prioritizing tasks across various stakeholders.
This project reflects Omniarch’s approach &#8211; more than just consulting, we focus on sharing knowledge and empowering clients to thrive independently. We worked closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the creation of a cohesive, scalable solution for Nelly.

With eight different tech stacks to integrate into one, the project demanded significant change management efforts. Omniarch worked closely with NELLY’s internal teams to prioritize key features and onboard the new e-commerce systems, fostering collaboration across the tech stacks to ensure compatibility and smooth operation.

Tanrevel® x Omniarch: Mesmerizing results

In line with this decision, Omniarch AB was engaged once again (the first <a href="https://omniarch.se/en/omniarch-digital-assessment">Digital Assessment</a> was done in 2020) to conduct a thorough review and deliver an action plan with concrete actions to strengthen SmartaSaker&#8217;s digital business.

Digital Renewal for SmartaSaker

The partnership between Skistar and Omniarch began in mid-2022, with Skistar seeking support to scale up e-commerce on Skistarshop. This effort focused heavily on UX improvements, alongside e-commerce optimization, and initiated the development of digital sales for their own brand, EQPE.
Early on, Skistar chose to follow Omniarch&#8217;s recommendation to pursue an international e-commerce initiative for the EQPE brand. The project began with a thorough analysis of the prerequisites for an independent e-commerce platform. The next steps involved determining the need for system support—whether to build a new platform or adapt and expand the existing tech stack (already powering Skistarshop).
The decision was ultimately made to prioritize quick delivery. In just three months, <a href="https://www.eqpestore.com" rel="noopener" target="_blank">a new e-commerce site</a> for EQPE was built, using Centra as the foundation, Voyado Elevate for search and merchandising, Turnr for returns management, Testfreaks for reviews, and integration with the existing WMS, Ongoing.
Omniarch&#8217;s role throughout this process was to act as project manager and requirements specifier, liaising with the web agency and other suppliers. The new e-commerce site, eqpestore.com, was launched in January 2023. Mia Kamlén, a senior consultant at Omniarch, commented on the high level of ambition from the start:
&#8220;One of the primary goals of having an independent e-commerce site for EQPE was to establish a presence in markets beyond Skistarshop&#8217;s existing ones. Therefore, we launched the site early in countries outside the Nordics, such as Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, and Italy.&#8221;
In May 2023, Omniarch was entrusted with an expanded role, taking over sales responsibility for eqpestore.com with the goal of significantly increasing sales for the new fiscal year 2023/2024. The results of this expanded responsibility were quick to materialize, with sales taking off after the summer due to a series of actions and the implementation of best practices for digital growth.
&#8220;We took over the sales responsibility for eqpestore.com with a requirement from Skistar not to build growth through discounts. So, what we did was perform profitability calculations for each market instead of just looking at the overall picture. We increased our local focus on business in Germany and Austria, ensured that marketing channels were aligned, and focused on building a customer database for important engagement between purchases. We also invested in SEO to increase organic traffic and sales with lower CAC,&#8221; said Mia Kamlén, Omniarch AB.
Throughout 2023, Omniarch continued to work closely with Skistar and partners to develop the site from a technical perspective, all with the aim of creating a world-class customer experience. A noteworthy aspect of this work was the introduction of a customer-adapted KPI framework to support data- and profitability-based decisions when the return rate proved high in Europe.
&#8220;EQPE has developed according to plan and beyond in 2023. Allowing the sub-brand spin-off idea to grow into a reality and enabling it with a multi-competent company like Omniarch has proven to be a sound business decision. Today (Q4, 2023), Skistar is well on its way to achieving the high growth targets for Eqpestore.com, and both Germany and Austria have now surpassed the home market of Sweden in revenue,&#8221; said Anders Aspgård, GM EQPE/Head of SkiStarshop, Skistar AB.

The Swedish golf specialist Dormy has selected Omniarch to conduct an extensive <a href="https://omniarch.se/en/omniarch-digital-assessment">Digital Assessment</a> to identify ways to enhance Dormy&#8217;s position in the German market. The review of Dormy&#8217;s e-commerce operations in Germany is being reinforced by Alenka Fey, Marketplace &#038; Expansion Consultant at Omniarch, who, besides from having grown up in Germany, has worked extensively in German e-commerce. Her unique experience complements Omniarch&#8217;s framework with insights into German consumer behavior and the e-commerce landscape.

In the fall of 2023, StudioNord, specialists in premium bathroom furnishings, identified the need to strengthen their organization with a senior e-commerce manager. This was to continue implementing several measures previously highlighted by <a href="https://omniarch.se/en/omniarch-digital-assessment">Omniarch&#8217;s Digital Assessment</a>, leading to Omniarch being re-engaged.
&#8220;We operate in a competitive industry, and it is important for us to package our offering correctly, especially since bathroom furnishings are infrequent purchases with long buying cycles. This requires us to remain strategically sharp and ensure we have the operational competence to execute the work. The fact that MQ, with its own brand STOCKH LM, is nominated in the Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) Partner Awards 2023 is a strong testament to what can be achieved when a brand team collaborates with dedicated expertise like Omniarch Marketplace &#038; Expansion. 
When we announced in the fall of &#8217;22 that MQ was investing in marketplaces, MQ&#8217;s CEO, Ingvar Larsson, had this to say about the company&#8217;s view of Zalando as a significant addition to its long-established business in physical stores and through its own e-commerce:

Electric vehicle company Carla is excited about being part of the Omniarch Growth Program 2023. Omniarch and Beet, successful agencies specializing in e-commerce growth and digital marketing, are collaborating as part of the Growth Program initiative, launched in the spring of 2023. 
Within the initiative, a company receives expert support worth at least one million SEK. The choice fell on Carla, a company with 100 employees, aiming to build Europe&#8217;s best customer experience for buying and selling electric cars online. 
The first phase of the Growth Program involves a <a href="https://omniarch.se/en/omniarch-digital-assessment">Digital Assessment</a>. In practice, this means conducting a thorough review of the website, offerings, and customer activation. Omniarch is responsible for the Digital Assessment, while Beet delves into the mechanics of the paid channels.

The assignment included providing support for Hemköp&#8217;s development team; providing expertise, best practices, and know-how in user experience (UX), taking product ownership of the new app, and implementing agile processes. 
The project focused on transforming the Hemköp mobile app into an experience that better aligned with customers&#8217; expectations of using an app, rather than duplicating the experience on the regular site.
The goal was to improve the user experience through a new interface and thus promote smoother online purchases, which was achieved by focusing on simplified navigation and clearer paths to information. All based on input from real customers and data.

For major players like Cellbes of Sweden, starting to sell on Zalando presents complex challenges. Existing flows must be adapted or recreated. Additionally, the marketplace resources need to acquire the necessary knowledge, and rules and recommendations must be followed. 
Thanks to Omniarch&#8217;s structured planning, Cellbes of Sweden successfully adapted their organization and flows to the conditions required for the launch on Zalando:

Carla aims to build Europe&#8217;s best customer experience for <a href="https://www.carla.se" rel="noopener" target="_blank">buying and selling electric cars online</a>. The company was founded in 2021 and currently has around 100 employees and a turnover of approximately 600 million SEK.

Omniarch supports Home of ESS with interim e-commerce manager

Omniarch, a longstanding partner of STIGA Sports has, in the latter half of 2022, acted as project manager for the platform transition within an interim role. In 2023 we are taking the collaboration even further by fully managing STIGA Sports&#8217; e-commerce department: 
&#8220;First and foremost, it&#8217;s great to have STIGA Sports&#8217; continued trust in 2023, where we now manage their entire e-commerce operations. We have collaborated in various capacities to achieve their ambitions to expand and sell in more markets. Leaving Magento 2 behind, we are already seeing an incredible conversion increase of nearly 100%. Currently, sales are tracking over 100% up vs last year. Also behind this achievement is the global growth made possible now with Ventanas 95 and Centra,&#8221; says Benjamin Östgårdh, interim Head of E-commerce. 
STIGA Sports launched their new Swedish, German, French, and European sites just in time for Black Friday. Shortly before new year, they launched in the UK, and at the same time, a brand-new showroom for STIGA Sports&#8217; B2B customers was opened. Andreas Zandrén, CEO of STIGA, comments:

Omniarch manages the entire e-commerce department at STIGA Sports

Omniarch&#8217;s work related to the rollout of Oscar Jacobson&#8217;s men&#8217;s fashion on Zalando began with a mandate to create a roadmap, and execute the necessary work to go live on Zalando. 
&#8220;Omniarch and Oscar Jacobson have been working together for over a year to identify, prioritize, and drive several initiatives for digital growth, including advancing the Zalando project. To ensure correct product information to Zalando, the integrator Ondrop was used, a support system that processes orders from Zalando in reverse before they reach Oscar Jacobson&#8217;s order and delivery system.

Omniarch has had the privilege of supporting TOBE in their digital journey over the past six months, and in 2023, efforts to strengthen TOBE&#8217;s digital sales will accelerate.

In parallel with the work on skistarshop.com, the strategy for Skistar’s own brand EQPE was refined as well. Here Omniarch could conclude that in order to achieve the set targets for growth, EQPE needed a clearer positioning on the market to stand out, as well as a platform for digital sales, with modern technology allowing for efficiency and personalization.
