The assignment was initially divided with a major focus on UX design and the launch of the new Tankesport.se, as well as an interim assignment as e-commerce manager. We also worked with several growth projects including website enhancements, marketing, B2B, and CRM.

  • Design and launch of Tankesport.se

    Designed and launched a new website with the ability to purchase Tankesport's full range of products + subscriptions. Much has been about specifying requirements towards Holland and developers. We also played a key role in highlighting deficiencies with the current IT partner, resulting in a change in the fall of 2022.

  • Performance marketing 2.0

    Procured a new digital marketing agency, which has reduced CAC by approximately 50% despite the iOS 14.5 update and increased budget. A new strategy has been developed in collaboration with Rocket Revenue.

  • Organic traffic increase of over 400%

    Contributions include the launch of the highly sought-after feature Krysslösaren, and the traffic increase has helped achieve or surpass sales budgets every month.

  • Re-launch of Tankesport.dk

    New improved UX, payment method customization, simplified management of single-issue sales and subscription management. SEO strategy and implementation of several new features.

  • B2B + B2C - Crossword competitions

    New improved UX, payment method customization, simplified management of single-issue sales and subscription management. SEO strategy and implementation of several new features.
