CRM – We supported J.Lindeberg with an interim CRM Manager in migrating Voyado connections from Salesforce to Shopify, where, in addition to monitoring the technical implementation, we also worked on strategic initiatives to increase the customer database, improve segmentation, and optimize marketing automation.

Marketplace – We aided J.Lindeberg’s in their efforts to collaborate more extensively with Zalando than before to reach a customer base beyond their own e-commerce and online and in-store retailers.

Profitability analysis – Thanks to data cross-referencing via combined with our know-how in profitable digital growth, we were able to recommend J.Lindeberg data-based actions, tailored to each market and segment.
