In the spring of 2020, health chain Life entrusted Omniarch with the task of leading Online Sales SE. Our mission included monitoring and optimizing sales and conversion processes. We conducted traffic-driving measures through SEO and SEM and analyzed online traffic and data to enhance the customer experience.

We also focused on customer behavior alongside user experience (UX) and drove continuous improvements within our area of responsibility. The role also involved acting as a leader in negotiation towards external parties when needed and being a versatile resource for Life.

The mission given to Omniarch by Life aimed to improve sales compared to the previous year. The focus was on strengthening relevant KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, and total sales) and supporting Life’s efforts to create closer collaborations between internal departments as well as handling development and maintenance issues.

Key Aspects

  • Improved communication between departments / knowledge sharing:

    Closer alignment and knowledge sharing with Category and Finance. Optimization of daily budgets, monthly budgets, and KPIs for E-com and Finance to jointly follow up and evaluate. Closer collaborations with the warehouse, deeper knowledge sharing with team members, and other departments.

  • Drive sales:

    Significantly increased sales in several traffic-driving channels through optimization and follow-up as well as initiated new partnerships.

  • Clearer structure:

    Created a new foundation for working more efficiently and structured, both internally and externally. Optimized work methodology for the e-commerce team as well as towards the organization.
