Since MEDS launched in March 2018, we have supported the business in becoming a true growth rocket with successful results.

In both advisory and operational roles, we collaborated closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to establish a performance marketing program (Paid Search, Affiliate, and Social). By optimizing the cost per order, MEDS has achieved cost-effective and scalable traffic acquisition.

We have also played a key role in developing digital marketing and sales strategies, as well as managing ongoing campaign optimization. Additionally, we have specified requirements for agencies and led procurement processes.
