Our work has encompassed strategy development, supporting supplier dialogues, enhancing reports, and delivering projects to achieve goals.

Specific deliverables include a new framework for campaign and monthly reports, development and enhancement of marketing automation, localization projects for three new markets, implementation of tools for sourcing influencer marketing, and the establishment of tools for data aggregation.

Additionally, during 2022 and 2023, Omniarch was engaged by Newport to support and drive improvements within Newport’s team, working towards a clear understanding of what drives profitable digital growth.

    We maintained short lead times for testing new initiatives, fostered an environment of openness to experimentation, and focused strongly on effective implementation.

  • Detailed goal setting:

    By setting detailed goals - ranging from ad spend to open rates and unsubscribe rates - for each campaign and then following up on them, we were able to gradually increase the effectiveness of the campaigns.
