Despite having strong digital expertise both in the board and among advisors, Understatement expressed a desire for an independent review of its digital customer journey, from ads to website.

Utilizing test purchases and access to traffic and marketing data, we conducted an examination of customer experience, assortment, delivery, and customer service. The results were presented in workshop format where around 50 action points were discussed. The client has since proceeded with actions on several of these points.
